Ashley
Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley grew up in Nepean and currently resides in Richmond. She began her journey in general dentistry in 2023 and joined the Palladium Orthodontics team in October 2024. Ashley recently discovered her passion for orthodontics and is delighted to be a part of the team.
Outside of work, Ashley likes spending time outdoors and with her family and friends.
Aya
Clinic Coordinator
Aya graduated in 2019 from Westerbelt College in Kitchener as a Level II Dental Assistant. She worked in general dentistry and orthodontics in the Toronto area prior to moving to Ottawa and joining the Palladium Orthodontics team. Aya has been a member of our team since 2024.
In her spare time, Aya enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Christine
Clinic Coordinator
Christine was born and raised in Chelsea until relocating to the west end of Ottawa. She graduated from Algonquin College as a Level II Dental Assistant. She worked in general dentistry and oral surgery before switching to orthodontics. Christine has been a member of our team since 2023. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Cindy
Sterilization and Laboratory Technician
Cindy graduated from the Medical Lab Technician Program in 2009. She worked in orthodontic labs for 8 years before joining the Palladium Orthodontics team in 2020 as the Sterilization Technician and Laboratory Technician. Cindy is originally from Perth, Ontario.
Diana-Lee
Orthodontic Hygienist
Diana-Lee graduated from Algonquin College with honours in 2018. She worked in general dentistry for two years prior to joining the Palladium Orthodontics team. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles through orthodontic treatment!
Émilie
Patient Care Coordinator
Émilie grew up in Sudbury and currently resides in Kanata. She graduated from La Cité Collégiale in 2013 as a Level II Dental Assistant. Émilie worked in general dentistry for 11 years prior to joining our team in May 2024.
Émilie has two boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Janna
Patient Care Coordinator
Born and raised in Ottawa, Janna graduated from dental assisting at Algonquin College in 2006. She worked in general dentistry before joining the Palladium Orthodontics team in May 2010.
Jen
Orthodontic Hygienist
Jen studied dental hygiene at Algonquin College and graduated with honours. She worked for five years in general dentistry before joining the Palladium Orthodontics team in 2015. Since then, Jen has enjoyed making her patients smile while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies Palladium has to offer.
In her spare time, Jen can be found boating, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kim
Orthodontic Hygienist
Kim was born and raised in Ottawa. After working as a dental assistant, she returned to Algonquin College and graduated from the dental hygiene program in 2002. She has since been working as an orthodontic hygienist.
Kim has one daughter and enjoys spending her time with family and friends. She is delighted to be part of the Palladium Orthodontics team!
Krista
Orthodontic Hygienist
Krista was born and raised in Tillsonburg, Ontario. She graduated both dental assisting (2005) and dental hygiene (2011) school from Algonquin College.
Krista worked in general dentistry before joining our team in 2012 She enjoys being outdoors (in the warmer months) and spending time with her family and friends.
Laurel
Orthodontic Hygienist
Laurel graduated with honours in dental hygiene at Canadian National Institute of Health in 2008. Prior to joining our team in 2010, Laurel worked in general dentistry.
Laurel has two daughters, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and spending summers at the campground.
Maddy
Clinic Coordinator
Nicole grew up in Arnprior and currently resides in Ottawa. She graduated from Algonquin College in 2010 for dental assisting and again in 2014 for her dental hygiene diploma. Nicole has been a part of the Palladium Orthodontics team since July 2016.
Some of Nicole’s hobbies include exercising, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Mandy
Patient Care Coordinator
Mandy was born and raise in Almonte where she now resides with here husband and two sons. She graduated from Algonquin College as a Level II Dental Assistant. Mandy worked in general dentistry for 14 years prior to joining the Palladium Orthodontics team in 2023.
Meagan
Orthodontic Hygienist
Meagan graduated with honours in dental hygiene from Algonquin College in 2014. She practiced in general dentistry for 10 years prior to joining Palladium Orthodontics in 2024.
Meagan enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, son, and dog.

Patient Care Coordinator
Sue was born in Brockville and currently resides in Smith Falls. She completed her level II dental assistant program in 2010 and received NDAEB certification in January 2011. She’s been a member of the Palladium Orthodontics team since 2009.
Sydni
Clinic Coordinator
Sydni was born in Belleville, Ontario and currently resides in Stittsville. She joined the Palladium Orthodontics team in 2019 as a lab/sterilization tech and quickly discovered her passion for orthodontics, leading her to study dental assisting at Willis College. She has since graduated with honours.
Tanya
Patient Care Coordinator
Tanya was born in New Liskeard, Ontario, and currently resides in Carleton Place. She graduated from Trillium College with honours as a Level II Dental Assistant. Tanya joined the Palladium Orthodontics team in 2015.
Tanya enjoys spending time at the cottage with family and friends, and cheering on her two boys playing hockey.
